Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the BVI IAC’s custom-built rooms can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 150 people and can be configured to suit the unique requirements of your arbitrations, meetings, seminars or conferences.

4. Approve the Estimate

Once we receive your enquiry we will contact you to review your specific needs, before submitting an estimate for your event. Once you are satisfied, we will ask you to sign the estimate, as well as our Terms & Conditions, and pay a deposit to secure the room(s).

Things to Note

Minimum booking period is 1/2 day.

Pricing may vary for evening and w/end bookings.

Please note that for events that require specific set-ups and/or technology, setting-up time would need to be added to the event time.
