Services
The BVI IAC provides full administrative and concierge services in support of parties and arbitrators conducting arbitration proceedings under the BVI IAC Arbitration Rules. The BVI IAC also provides a host of ancillary services such as financial administration, transcription and translation, as well as logistical and technical support for meetings and hearings. Our fees are competitive, particularly for disputes under $5 million, and easily assessed under our fee calculation.

Book A Room
The BVI IAC offers world-class facilities and concierge services. With 4 large meeting rooms, 6 additional meeting rooms and access to a designated lounge; its multiple spaces can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the BVI IAC’s custom-built rooms can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 150 people and can be configured to suit the unique requirements of your arbitrations, meetings, seminars or conferences.

Arbitrator List
We understand the importance of selecting the right arbitrator to ensure a fair and efficient resolution process. Based on your criteria, the BVI IAC can provide a list of up to 10 qualified arbitrators for your consideration. The provided comprehensive list will include a brief overview of the arbitrators’ background, professional experience, areas of expertise, and qualifications.
Arbitrator Appointment
