Rasheda Karryl Hodge is a Virgin Islands legal professional, senior public sector executive, and policy strategist currently serving as the Official Receiver and Head of the Insolvency Unit within the Ministry of Finance. With extensive experience in insolvency administration, bona vacantia, asset recovery governance, and financial services regulation, she provides strategic policy advice to senior government officials and leads key administrative bodies, including serving as the administrative lead and Secretariat for the Asset Seizure and Forfeiture Management Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Second Class Honours, a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from Eugene Dupuch Law School, an LLM in Corporate & Commercial Law, and is a Qualified Mediator under the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Mediation Programme.
