A Master of Laws (LL.M.) graduate from Yale University and a Law graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, this founding partner of Bullard Falla Ezcurra+ leads the firm’s Madrid office. He chaired the Technical Commission for the Reform of the General Peruvian Arbitration Law, instrumental in drafting Peru’s current Arbitration Law. With experience in over 250 arbitration cases as arbitrator, counsel, or expert, he is a member of the LCIA and a former ICC Court of Arbitration member. A professor in law and economics at top universities, he is also an accomplished author of books and articles on arbitration, contracts, and competition law.
