Ali Malek KC is a leading barrister in England and Wales specializing in commercial law with substantial experience in international arbitration as counsel and arbitrator. He has served under institutional rules such as HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and SIAC. Called to the Bar in 1980 and appointed KC in 1996, he is a Deputy High Court Judge in the Commercial Court and a former Treasurer of Gray’s Inn.
