Andrea Hulbert, founding partner of Hulbert Volio Abogados in Costa Rica, is a seasoned international arbitrator with over 30 years of experience. Her expertise spans commercial contracts, PPPs, construction, energy, TMT, M&A, and foreign investment, focusing on Latin America and the United States. She is also experienced in international mediation, adjudication, and judicial cooperation. Andrea serves as a Councillor for the LCIA Latin American and Caribbean Users’ Council, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a Council Member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law.
