Ann Ryan Robertson is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), where she served as global President in 2021. She has acted as chair, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator in commercial disputes across sectors including oil and gas, manufacturing, insurance, and corporate matters. Her experience spans AAA, ICDR, DIFC-LCIA, ICC, and ad hoc arbitrations, with cases involving complex legal issues under various laws including those of England & Wales, Mexico, several U.S. states, and the CISG. She is listed on numerous global arbitral rosters and serves as a USMCA panelist. A Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, she also teaches arbitration at the University of Houston and CIArb’s Oxford Diploma Course.
