Ava Borrasso is an independent arbitrator and Chartered Arbitrator with over 30 years of experience in complex commercial disputes. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, she has acted as sole, emergency, chair, and panel arbitrator in domestic and international cases involving trade, financial services, construction, and franchise agreements. Formerly a partner at a leading litigation boutique, she now serves on the Board of Directors for CIArb North America and MIAS.
