Carol Roberts is a seasoned alternative dispute resolution practitioner with over 30 years of experience, serving as a decision-maker for tribunals such as the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal and the Indian Residential Schools Adjudication Secretariat. Currently a member of the Employment Standards Tribunal, she is also a panellist with the B.C. International Commercial Arbitration Centre and the BVI International Arbitration Centre, and a member of the Commonwealth Secretariat Arbitral Tribunal.
