Advocate (Colonel) Dinesh Kumar Bishnoi, a two-time Presidential Medal awardee, is a seasoned arbitrator with 42 years of ADR experience. A practicing advocate at the Bombay High Court, he has been appointed in 47 arbitration matters—serving as presiding arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and sole arbitrator—and has issued 30 awards, including a final award under LMAA terms. A retired Indian Army officer, he managed contracts exceeding ₹100 crores and investments over USD 250 billion. He is empaneled with multiple Indian High Courts and international institutions, including LMAA, SIArb, SCMA, and ICC. A published author and speaker, he holds diplomas in maritime and digital dispute resolution and has been recognized as Arbitrator of the Month by PIArb (Philippines).
