Drew has over 15 years’ experience in the field of international commercial arbitration and has been consistently recommended in this area in leading legal directories (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500). He is regularly instructed to act as counsel or arbitrator (as chair, sole arbitrator or member of a panel) in commercial disputes, with particular specialist experience in those involving application of the laws of Russia and other CIS associate and member states and/or which otherwise have a close connection to those countries. He has acted in over 50 arbitrations conducted under HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, AIFC IAC and ICAC (Russia) rules.
