James Hosking, co-founding partner of Chaffetz Lindsey in New York, has nearly 30 years of experience in international arbitration. He has sat in approximately 60 arbitrations under ICC, ICDR, ICSID, LCIA, ACICA, and Swiss Rules across various seats worldwide. His practice focuses on investment and commercial arbitration, particularly in energy, construction, natural resources, and post-M&A disputes. An adjunct professor at NYU, James co-authored the leading commentary on the ICDR International Rules (2021).
