Janet Walker, CM, CD, is a chartered arbitrator based in Toronto, London, and Sydney, with expertise in commercial and investor-state arbitrations under ICC, ICDR, SIAC, LCIA, and PCA rules. She has served as sole, presiding, and co-arbitrator in disputes involving construction, M&A, intellectual property, and finance.
