Kevin O’Gorman is the US Head of Arbitration at Norton Rose Fulbright, recognized globally for his expertise in international arbitration, domestic arbitration, and litigation. With over 15 years of experience as an arbitrator, he has handled cases under major arbitral rules including ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, and SIAC. Kevin is an ICC Commission member, chairs the USCIB/ICC USA arbitration committee’s southern subcommittee, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration. Previously, he was Senior Legal Secretary at the Claims Resolution Tribunal in Switzerland. He is qualified in Texas, New York, and England & Wales (Solicitor).
