Loretta Malintoppi, an independent arbitrator with 39 Essex Chambers in Singapore, specializes in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, and public international law. Dually qualified (Paris and Rome Bars), she has served as arbitrator under ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, LCIA, and DIAC rules. Loretta has also appeared as counsel in State-to-State disputes before the International Court of Justice. A former Vice-President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, she currently serves on ICCA’s Governing Board and was appointed to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators by the World Bank. She co-authored The ICSID Convention – A Commentary (2022).
