Professor Luca G. Radicati di Brozolo is the founding partner of ArbLit – Radicati di Brozolo Sabatini Benedettelli and a door tenant at Fountain Court Chambers in London. He is a preeminent figure in international arbitration and litigation, with extensive experience as counsel, arbitrator, and expert in both commercial and investor-State disputes under major arbitration rules. His notable cases include high-profile ICSID arbitrations such as Saipem v. Bangladesh and Ambiente Ufficio v. Argentina, and chairing over ten ICSID tribunals. A former Professor of Private International Law at the Catholic University of Milan, Luca has authored five books and over 200 articles on arbitration, public and private international law, EU law, and antitrust law. He is co-editor of a leading Italian arbitration commentary and has held prominent roles with the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the IBA Arbitration Committee. His practice also includes arbitration-related court litigation and cases involving international and competition law.
