Michael, a partner at ABVI Law, has practiced in the BVI since 1996. His expertise spans dispute resolution, shareholder disputes, corporate law, insolvency, trusts, fraud recovery, and real estate development. Michael frequently collaborates with international law firms, insolvency practitioners, banks, and fiduciary service providers on multi-jurisdictional matters. He is also regularly retained as an expert on BVI law for foreign legal and arbitration proceedings. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Michael serves as an arbitrator and is widely regarded for his in-depth understanding of complex legal and commercial issues in the BVI and beyond.
