Nancy M. Thevenin is an international arbitrator and mediator based in New York with over 25 years of experience in international litigation and ADR. She has handled disputes for multinational companies and governments across sectors including construction, financial services, real estate, and aviation, often involving M&A, licensing, and technology transfer issues. She has experience under ICC, ICDR, ICSID, and ad hoc rules. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, she teaches at St. John’s University School of Law and serves on the ICSID Panel for Haiti. Previously, she held senior roles at the ICC and Baker McKenzie. Ms. Thevenin works in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.
