Pascal Hollander, founding partner of Hanotiau & van den Berg in Brussels, has over 25 years of experience as arbitrator in international proceedings under ICC, PCA, ICSID, SCC, UNCITRAL, and other rules. He has acted in around 150 international cases, with over 70 as tribunal president or sole arbitrator. Pascal lectures on arbitration law in Brussels and has held leadership roles, including vice-chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and board member of CEPANI. A law graduate of ULB with an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania, he also serves on the Editorial Board of Dispute Resolution International.
