Paul Klaas is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and the American College of Trial Lawyers. Dual-qualified as a barrister in England and Wales and a member of the Minnesota Bar, he serves as an arbitrator with Maitland Chambers in London and North Coast Arbitration Chambers in Minneapolis. With decades of experience, Paul has acted in hundreds of arbitrations and lawsuits globally under ICDR, LCIA, ICC, AAA, JAMS, and other rules across industries such as healthcare, life sciences, aviation, and telecommunications. A former partner at Dorsey & Whitney, Paul now focuses exclusively on neutral roles. He has taught international arbitration at Harvard and the University of Minnesota and is Section Editor for Mayo Clinic Proceedings.
