Sherlin is a partner in the international arbitration and litigation team at Withers’ Hong Kong office, specializing in cross-border corporate and commercial disputes. Her expertise spans joint-venture and shareholder disputes, pharmaceutical and commodities disputes, international arbitration, and multi-jurisdiction litigations. She has advised clients across APAC, the Americas, and Europe on all aspects of international arbitration, from negotiation to enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments. Sherlin began her career with Dr. Pierre A. Karrer in Switzerland, acting as tribunal secretary in over 35 complex arbitrations. She later managed over 300 cases as part of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Fluent in Mandarin and English, she also sits as an arbitrator and speaks globally on arbitration and cross-border disputes.
