His cases span industries such as energy, infrastructure, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, software, gaming, and international trade, including banking, insurance, and maritime law. Stuart is on the panels of major arbitration institutions, including ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, and DIAC, and is consistently ranked as a Most In Demand Arbitrator by Chambers and Legal 500. He also serves as a deputy judge of the High Court in England and Wales.
