Stuart Kennedy, LL.B(Hons), FRICS, FCIArb, C.Arb, is a distinguished Barrister, Chartered Arbitrator, Chartered Surveyor, and Accredited Mediator with extensive expertise in construction and engineering disputes. A Deputy District Judge in England, he serves as arbitrator, mediator, and adjudicator in the UK, Caribbean, and internationally, with appointments by ICC and other institutions for disputes across sectors, including construction, telecoms, and property. Recognized by Chambers and Legal 500 for his pragmatic and team-oriented approach, Stuart is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
