Tony Cole, Esq., FCIArb, is a globally recognized arbitrator with expertise in commercial, construction, consumer, employment, and education disputes. A member of the New York Bar for over two decades, he arbitrates domestic and international cases through JAMS in New York and London. His practice spans diverse sectors, including construction, aviation, technology, intellectual property, space law, and artificial intelligence. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and former Branch Chair, Tony co-authored Understanding International Arbitration and leads a Europe-wide research project on arbitration. He also provides guidance to institutions, mentors new adjudicators, and serves as Reader in Arbitration and Investment Law at the University of Leicester.
